Delete Your Account

Two ways to remove your Raja Drop Taxi account and personal data.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Works for both customer and driver accounts.

The tab at the bottom of the app.

Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal details are removed as described below.

Option 2 — Already uninstalled the app?

Contact us with the mobile number your account is registered under, and ask us to delete your account. We process these requests within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your name, email address and phone number, on your account and on every booking made with it
Your password — the account can no longer be signed in to
Push-notification device registrations
If you were a driver: your phone number, license number and vehicle registration linked to your login

What we keep, and why

The trip itself (route, date, fare) stays in our accounting records, with your name, phone and email removed from it — this is standard business record-keeping, not something tied to your personal identity anymore
How long: your personal details are removed immediately when you delete your account. The anonymised trip records are kept indefinitely for accounting and tax purposes, as Indian business law requires — but they no longer identify you
We do not sell or share your data with anyone outside what is needed to run the trip (e.g. the assigned driver)
