Free Cancellation
More than 6 hours before your pickup time
- 100% refund on advance payments
- No cancellation fee charged
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days
- WhatsApp or call us to cancel — takes 2 minutes
50% Charge Applies
2 to 6 hours before your pickup time
- 50% of total booking amount is charged
- Remaining 50% refunded within 5–7 business days
- This covers driver travel costs and lost booking opportunity

No Refund
Less than 2 hours before your pickup or after pickup
- No refund within 2 hours of scheduled pickup
- No refund once driver has departed to pickup point
- No refund for no-shows (customer not present)
- We recommend cancelling as early as possible to avoid charges
General Terms
Applies to all bookings
- Refunds apply only to advance payments, not COD bookings
- Driver waiting charges of ₹100/hr apply after 15 minutes grace period
- Route changes after pickup are charged at per-km rate for extra distance
- Force majeure events (floods, bandh) qualify for full free cancellation
- Rescheduling is free if done 6+ hours in advance (subject to availability)
